We will take you through our simple solar process and ask you a few questions about your home or business needs so we can make a full assessment of your requirements.

Online or over the phone

After you’ve provided us with some basic information on your solar needs, and we’ve made an assessment through our specialist solar software, we will provide you with a customised no obligation easy quote for installing our solar system.

We will visit your home or business

to view your roof and confirm our easy quote is fit for purpose. Any changes to our easy quote can be discussed with you on site along with any information you may require on Council and Utility approvals.

In regards to Utility approvals required, we will apply for the line company approval for you, and following this, we will seek approval on your behalf from your power company. Your power company will install an export / import meter at your site. This usually carries a $99 charge depending on your power company.

We will provide you our solar recommendation

Once we have completed our site visit, and made a full assessment of your energy consumption and your solar requirements, we will provide you with our solar recommendation.

We will install your system on a day that suits you.

Our iGenerate install team are highly trained in installing all our products on offer. Our installers will work with you to agree on a visually appealing position for the panels that will also maximise the solar capabilities of the panels. Our installers will also walk you through the monitoring system for our solar systems.
